Goals Achievements:

• Diligently update and maintain accurate records of daily workforce activities.
• Efficiently organize and deploy workforce, both Supervisors and Workers, to designated job sites.
• Facilitate the seamless flow of project operations by overseeing the timely ordering and delivery of materials to each job site.
• Act as a contingency point of contact, assuming the responsibilities of a supervisor in case of their absence, whether due to leave, emergency situations, or medical leave.
• Attend and actively contribute to all site meetings and internal progress meetings, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Review and verify time cards and expense claims of Supervisors to be submitted to Construction Manager.
• Check, review and submit comprehensive Work Done reports and claims to the Construction Manager and Contract Department for evaluation.
• Monitor site progress, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
• Enforce strict compliance with company procedures among Supervisors and Workers, promoting a culture of operational excellence.
• Systematically execute checklists and produce master demarcation drawings to meticulously track and document progress at each job site.
• Any other ad-hoc or special task as assigned by Construction Manager from time to time.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent
• 1 year of exposure and working experience as Project Coordinator or equivalent.
• Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
• General interest in waterproofing specialization.
• Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
