Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material movement, and efficient support for production while maintaining safety and company procedures.

2. Job Description

• Supervise daily warehouse and store activities.
• Monitor receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and stock take.
• Coordinate material availability to support production.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety, and 5S compliance.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and documentation.
• Lead, train, and supervise Store Keepers.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

3. Job Authority

• Supervise and assign work to Store personnel.
• Approve routine warehouse transactions and inventory records.
• Report and escalate inventory issues or operational risks.
• Recommend process improvements and stock replenishment.

4. Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse/store experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
