Assistant Store Manager – Job Description

Position Summary
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily outlet operations, leading the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Achieve sales targets and promote upselling.
• Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and manage cash handling.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
