Job Responsibilities,

To Assist R&D Manager in the following tasks:

• Develop and execute the organization's R&D strategy related to material research and analysis.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements, trends, and innovations in material science and analysis techniques.
• Conduct research on various raw materials used in R&D and Production.
• Identify and evaluate new materials with desired properties for specific applications.
• Explore and apply different research methodologies, such as experimentation, simulation, or literature reviews, to investigate material properties, performance, and behavior.
• Perform material analysis and characterization using various techniques, such as UV vis spectophotometer, microscopy, mechanical testing, thermal analysis, or chemical analysis.
• Interpret and analyze data obtained from material testing to understand the structure, composition, properties, and performance of materials.
• Collaborate with external laboratories or research institutions when specialized analysis techniques or expertise are required.
• Develop and maintain protocols and standards for material analysis and testing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research activities, experiments, results, and analysis.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate research findings and recommendations.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
