MC Industrial Service (M) Hiring! Full Time Sales Engineer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 8,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the engineering, maintenance, oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, and manufacturing sectors.
• Identify business opportunities and generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, and client visits.
• Understand customer challenges and propose suitable industrial maintenance and asset integrity solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Conduct product and solution presentations to engineers, maintenance teams, procurement personnel, and management.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Marine, or related discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial, engineering, maintenance, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, marine, or related sectors.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for technical sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
