What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain IoT applications, data pipelines, and automatic solutions to support smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Integrate sensors, PLC, machine, and data sources into a centralized monitoring and analytics platform.
• Develop real-time dashboards and automated reports to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
• Support industry 4.0, digitalization, and smart manufacturing projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology-driven improvement opportunities.
• Monitor, maintain , and troubleshoot IoT systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives through data collection, visualization, and analytics.
• Explore and implement AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and technical procedures.
• Oversee project outcomes to achieve measurable gains in efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
• Support SIRI assessments and roadmap execution to improve digital maturity across plants.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (eg. Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Smart Manufacturing, or related field)
• Fresh graduates in related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IoT, Industrial automation, or system development environment.
• Any relevant certification in IoT, embedded systems, networking, or data analytics.
• Analytical skills for process evaluation and improvement.
• Proficiency in IoT tools (eg. coding, data logging, data visualization, analytic, etc)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
