Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve walk-in customers
  • Issue Sales,Invoice or D.O for customer walk-in.
  • Handle inquiry customer by call, WhatsApp and email.
  • Monitor and respond to customer and supplier WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Handle customer communications and follow up on pending orders.
  • Key in data company / e-invoice for new customers.
  • Prepare quotation based on the customer’s stated requirements.
  • Prepare all order items based on the invoice for delivery or customer self-collection.
  • Responsible for handling online orders, including order processing and packing orders.
  • Mantain good relationship dengan customer
  • Support daily office operations

[System / Software Used]

  • AutoCount / Aplus
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
