Responsibilities

Summary: TheSales Executive – Job Scope

A Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and approach potential customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations & Product Promotion
  • Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and meetings.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Close deals and secure orders.
  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor personal sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Market Research
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management on market opportunities.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Update CRM systems and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

Typical Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Previous sales experience is often preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales revenue achieved.
  • Number of new customers acquired.
  • Conversion rate of leads to sales.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Collection of payments and account management.
  • Achievement of sales targets.

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
