Full Time Logistics Clerk (Customs Affair) Jobs, in GN Resound Malaysia Sdn Bhd Kulai - Ricebowl

SUMMARY

Responsible for daily operations of custom affairs related jobs (FCZ & LMW) for the company and involve continuous improvement in efficiency within the company

THE TASK:

• Prepare Monthly LMW reporting and meet Custom deadline.
• Prepare Permohonan Am application / Renew and submit to Custom.
• Perform receiving item into system.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse team for import (oversea/local).
• Update and maintain item list base on commodity gazette.
• Ensure implementation, adherence and participation to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.
• Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
• Other tasks assigned by the superior.

THE PERSON:

• STPM/Certificates/Diploma
• Over 2 years work experience.
• Experience in logistics is a must, experience in transportation preferred.
• Certificates of education
• Hands-on experience of Customs clearance and CIQ.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Acceptable English both for written and oral.
• Experience with WH is also a plus
