EXCEL PRECAST SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time QC SUPERVISOR in - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES:

1 Inspection of mould, reinforcement, cast in items etc. before casting finish product.

2 Preparation of checklists and delivery orders.

3 Prepare and maintain all QC reports.

4 Organize the calibration of all equipment used in the batching plant and the laboratory.

5 Liaise with accredited laboratories for the testing of materials.

6 Liaise with Clients, RTO and arrangement of the delivery of precast components.

7 Ensure that all tests comply with in house and Clients’ requirements.

8 Attend all EHS walkabout, inspection, meeting and contribute to a safe working condition / environment.

9 Ensure compliance of environmental, health and safety (EHS) measures at all time.

10 Perform any other tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time.

11 Monitors and keep records of all concrete tests.

12 Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working.

13 Must not tamper with or misuse any equipment issued.

14 Comply the policy for fall prevention appropriate with the needs, activities and work at height risks.

15 Commit to prevent falls from height incidents, comply with applicable legal and other requirements.

16 Ensure that the policy for fall prevention is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization. The policy shall be reviewed periodically and amended as and when necessary.

17 Ensure the safety and health of all employees or workers, as well as persons affected by their work.

18 Ensure sufficient resources essential to establish, implement and maintenance of the fall prevention plan are made available so as to achieve its objectives.

RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 1 year QC s’ experience in Precast Industry.

2. Or 1 year experience with Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.

3. Computer literate.
