Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES:
1. Inspection of incoming material
2. Preparation of checklist and delivery orders
3. Prepare and maintain all QC reports
4. Maintain testing records of all equipment and direct raw materials
5. Inspection and monitoring of production process and finish product
6. Organize the calibration of all equipment used in the batching plant and the laboratory
7. Liaise with accredited laboratories for the testing of materials
8. Ensure that all test complies with in-house and Clients’ requirements
9. Conduct regular refresher on-job-training and for any new job process and or equipment
10. Conduct regular on-job training and disseminate risk associated with any new job process or equipment and refresher
11. Attend all EHS walkabout, inspection, meeting and contribute to a safe working condition/ environment
12. Assist in conducting and reviewing the environmental aspect impact, hazard and risk assessment whenever there is a change in process, methodology, material or machinery used or after an incident/ accident
13. Ensure compliance of environmental, health and safety (EHS) measures at all time
14. Perform any other tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time
RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in QC work and in Precast Industry with Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering
2.Computer literate, preferable in Microsoft Office applications or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
