Modernria Plastic Industries (M) Hiring! Full Time Sales Coordinator in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Process customer orders, prepare Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
• Coordinate customer orders from order confirmation through to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, production, warehouse, logistics, and purchasing departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Arrange local and export shipments, including shipping documentation where applicable.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules, and update customers accordingly.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and filing systems.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other documentation required by Management.
• Support inventory planning and coordinate stock availability with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Administration.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
