Responsibilities:
1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology/Chemistry related discipline with relevant experiences.
2. Formal HACCP/GMP qualification/training.
3. Background in food manufacturing/poultry processing is highly desirable.
4. Check & approve incoming & outgoing materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual & measurement tests; rejecting & returning unacceptable materials.
5. Communicate & revert needed adjustments to department head.
6. Maintain a safe & healthy work environment by following standard procedures/rules & regulations.
7. Able to monitor production workflow & accomplish quality production result.
8. Stay up-to-date on field knowledge by participating in educational opportunities/engaging in technical publications.
9. Able to confirm a quality finished product through the use of accurate measurement/apparatus.
10. Assist in conveying related knowledge to other employees.
11. Develop & maintain the quality standards on site.
12. Provide direction & support to production manager & workers, facilitate their processing & handling on poultry products.
13. Develop, maintain & follow QMS & HACCP plans at all times to minimize food safety risks & quality failures.
14. Develop a health & safety culture within the department to increase awareness & minimize accidents.
15. Liaise with Halal department to convey any updates/issues/improvements.
16. Provide a comprehensive day-to-day QC service to support the core activities.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
