Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production, sales, and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing shortages and reducing excess inventory.
- Procurement: Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials and goods at competitive prices. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure reliable delivery.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage and oversee distribution processes to ensure timely delivery and minimize costs. Work with logistics partners to solve transit issues.
- Demand Planning: Analyze historical data and forecasts to create accurate demand plans, aligning supply with customer needs and sales forecasts.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations, and maintain accurate records, including purchase orders and inventory reports.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes using data analysis, best practices, and feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Shipment Monitoring: Processing shipping document, shipment arrangement,
- Production Monitoring: Responsible to monitor production process, equipment and manage manpower.
- To assist on any issue in production include adhoc task and reporting.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
