Responsibility
1. On-Site Technical Support
- Provide first-line response for all technical issues at client site
- Perform daily system checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (specify technologies)
- Document all service activities in ticketing system
2. Systems Maintenance
- Install, configure, and upgrade systems/equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and performance tuning
- Maintain accurate inventory of on-site equipment
- Implement and test backup/recovery procedures
3. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as primary technical contact for client staff
- Conduct training sessions for end-users as needed
- Provide regular operational status reports
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams
4. Project Support
- Assist with new deployments/implementations
- Coordinate with remote engineering teams
- Participate in change management processes
