Job Title: F&B Crew (Onboard Services) – Kuala Lumpur

Employment Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary Package: RM 1700 – RM 2400 (Depends on experience)

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, 2 Days Off. OT applicable

Employment Term: 6-month contract *renewal subject to performance

Allowance Entitlement: Shift Allowance (RM 70) + Attendance Allowance (RM 100 without MC) +

Meal Allowance (RM 7/day)

Job Summary

The F&B Crew is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage services onboard while

ensuring excellent customer experience, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting daily onboard operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to passengers onboard in a timely and professional manner
• Provide friendly, attentive, and customer-focused service at all times
• Handle cashless payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in the preparation, stocking, and replenishment of onboard supplies
• Support daily onboard operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent
• Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
• Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B)/Hotel/Retail/Services/Customer Service Industry is an advantage
