Job Overview
Candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions to drive coordination, support strategic priorities, and ensure effective implementation of key business plans and high impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination, evaluation and execution of new and existing business initiatives aligned with organisational priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timely achievement of timelines, deliverables and milestones for key projects
- Assist in onboarding and monitoring new business groups, partnerships, or initiatives
- Support the setup and implementation of new business structures or expansion efforts
- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, Board papers and updates for senior management
- Track progress of initiatives and ensure alignment organisational objectives
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and business improvement projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities
- Good people skills, adept at stakeholder management and coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Proficient in preparing high quality presentations and management reports
- High language proficiency in English with the ability to read, write, and converse fluently
- Demonstrated track record of consistent contributions and career progression

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
