Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and organized Site Admin to support daily site operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to site managers on daily operational matters.
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve issues related to shipments, billing, invoices, and account statements.
- Receive, verify, and audit invoices for accuracy and compliance before processing for payment.
- Prepare and maintain weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Provide front desk and receptionist coverage when required.
- Perform general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Basic administrative or clerical experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Working day and hours : Monday to Saturday ( 10am to 7pm, 1 hrs lunch)
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
