YOUR ROLE
As a QA Manager in Manufacturing Quality, you will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems consistently meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality objectives.
You will lead the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements, and support all quality-related activities across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
- Manage and support internal and external audits
- Drive continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and defect reduction initiatives
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Lead change management and risk assessment activities
- Supervise and develop QA Engineers
Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing quality
- Strong knowledge of FMEA and SPC
- Good problem-solving skills, including 5 Why and 8D
- Experience in audit management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
