Our client is a SFC licensed Private Equity fund house with active investment across Asia and Greater China regions, they are looking for an Investment Associate focus on Alternative Investment (Private Equity, Direct Investment, Co-Investment, PIPE Investment), details as follow:

Responsibilities:

• Support senior investment personnel in reviewing alternative investment opportunities, conducting financial due diligence on private equity and direct investment projects as well as PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equities) opportunities, and conduct portfolio monitoring

• Responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on various investment opportunities

• Perform financial analysis and due diligence on potential projects

• Prepare materials to support investment approval and capital raising

• Be responsible for end-to-end deal execution and liaise with external legal and professional supports

• Prepare investment recommendations and present to investment committees to obtain internal approvals

• Monitor existing portfolio, provide regulator updates on valuation, and execute post-investment / exit plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of relevant experience working in well-established PE fund houses, alternative investment firms, and family offices

• Trackrecord in PE & PIPE Investment and portfolio monitoring

• Strong financial modelling skills and knowledge in market

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
