Responsibilities
Wing Lee Group (Holdings) Limited
Human Resources Operations
Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct orientations for new hires.
System Data Maintenance: Maintain and update employee personal data, leave records, and attendance records in the HRMS or ERP Systems.
Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the full spectrum of operations, including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits, insurance, taxation, and pension administration.
Work Injury Management: Assist in work injury submissions and follow up on cases diligently.
Projects & Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and ad hoc HR initiatives.
Compliance & Support: Ensure company policies align with local labor laws and assist staff with HR-related queries.
Administrative Operations
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining inventory of office supplies and pantry items.
Facilities & Maintenance: Coordinate office maintenance, equipment repairs, and manage facility access or seating arrangements.
Meeting Support: Manage conference room bookings, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Financial Administration: Handle and process monthly billing, invoices, and payment applications.
Ad-hoc Support: Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Experience: At least 2–3 years of solid experience in an HR or administrative role (prior exposure to payroll processing or HRMS systems is highly preferred).
Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Legislation: Strong understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and Employees' Compensation Ordinance.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems.
Attributes: Organized multi-tasker, highly accurate with data, and possesses excellent communication skills.
