HR & Admin Officer

Human Resources Operations

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct orientations for new hires.

  • System Data Maintenance: Maintain and update employee personal data, leave records, and attendance records in the HRMS or ERP Systems.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the full spectrum of operations, including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits, insurance, taxation, and pension administration.

  • Work Injury Management: Assist in work injury submissions and follow up on cases diligently.

  • Projects & Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and ad hoc HR initiatives.

  • Compliance & Support: Ensure company policies align with local labor laws and assist staff with HR-related queries.


Administrative Operations

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining inventory of office supplies and pantry items.

  • Facilities & Maintenance: Coordinate office maintenance, equipment repairs, and manage facility access or seating arrangements.

  • Meeting Support: Manage conference room bookings, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

  • Financial Administration: Handle and process monthly billing, invoices, and payment applications.

  • Ad-hoc Support: Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of solid experience in an HR or administrative role (prior exposure to payroll processing or HRMS systems is highly preferred).

  • Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Legislation: Strong understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and Employees' Compensation Ordinance.

  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems.

  • Attributes: Organized multi-tasker, highly accurate with data, and possesses excellent communication skills.
