Ciao International Limited Hiring! Full Time Project Officer (Ref: 26062302) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager to execute whole project cycle, including new store, renovation and existing store improvement work
• Coordinate with landlords, designers, operation team, contractors, suppliers, in-house technicians and other relevant parties
• Handle budget and cost control, quotations, invoices and variations orders
• Handle engineering drawing changes for projects
• Handle engineering drawings for store maintenance projects
• Ad hoc as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering experience, familiar with construction processes
• Proficient in AUTOCAD, MS Office software, etc.
• Knowledge of basic renovation materials and construction techniques
• Familiar with construction workflows, able to complete tasks independently
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
