How you will contribute

Due to tremendous demand within the region, A&M Asia is looking to hire an Associate level candidate in our Restructuring Practice. Based in Hong Kong, this position will be required to work on a diverse range of complex restructuring assignments.

Qualifications

• With a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business disciplines
• 2-4 years’ experience in financial restructuring, insolvency, and/or receivership, gained from big 4 accounting firms or financial advisory/professional services firms.
• Possess strong financial analytical skills, such as business analysis, equity and/or debt valuation, short-term cash flow forecast, long-term financial forecast, recovery analysis and liquidation analysis.
• A basic understanding of insolvency legislation and practice is not a prerequisite but helpful.
• Languages: fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• A demonstrated genuine interest in financial restructuring
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels of staff
• Strong in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment
