Role Description The Administrative Officer role at Insight Genesis – IGAi is a full-time, remote position responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient support across the organization. This role manages general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, organizing documents, and coordinating internal and external communications. The Administrative Officer responds to inquiries, provides customer and stakeholder support, and assists team members with administrative needs across different departments. They help streamline processes, monitor deadlines, prepare basic reports, and support onboarding and HR-related administrative activities as needed. The role requires proactive coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a distributed, digital-first environment.
