Responsibilities

What The Role Is

You support the organisation's evolving work processes, initiatives, and strategic objectives by fostering cross-branch collaboration, promoting continuous improvement, and driving organisational advancement. You also develop monitoring mechanisms to ensure compliance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitate accurate reporting throughout implementation.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Support work processes, initiatives, and strategies by driving cross-branch collaboration, continuous improvement, and organisational advancement
  • Ensure that ground stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and materials to seamlessly execute policies and initiatives as planned
  • Collaborate with branches to develop and monitor implementation action plans and ensure progress remains on schedule
  • Work with subject matter experts and policy departments to integrate ground-level feedback into policy development
  • Organise briefings, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements for major policy or initiative roll-outs, fostering awareness and buy-in
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms for compliance and KPI tracking, including the development or adoption of digital solutions to support real-time monitoring, automated reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Provide regular updates on implementation status and escalate key issues to management and working forums promptly

  • Translating policies into clear, actionable operational guidelines to ensure consistent understanding and execution across the organisation
  • Navigating a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and efficiency to meet tight implementation timelines while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with process and IT subject matter experts to co-develop effective communication strategies and feedback mechanisms that support smooth roll-out and continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Human Resource, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
