岗位职责：

• 协助HRBP参与业务部门管理工作
• 协助HRBP进行部门会议运作、数据管理等
• 配合HRBP执行业务部门HR年度工作计划
• 能熟练使用办公软件，对数据分析处理有经验者优先

任职要求：

• 人力资源、行政管理相关专业；
• 积极主动，思维逻辑清晰，抗压能力强，事业心强
• 需要有充足的工作时间，一周保证3-4天出勤（周一、周三、周五需出勤）
