Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of development works from conceptualization, design, and construction to completion within the established budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and cost estimations.
  • Lead project meetings, monitor project progress, communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including team members.
  • Coordinate with the designer, brand principal, and operational team to finalize designs and drawings that meet operational requirements, and organize these design drawings and draft specifications for contract tenders to procure comparison quotes.
  • Liaise with landlord, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for timely completion of store construction.
  • Support store operation in upkeeping and maintenance when there are any incident complaints.
  • To propose revitalizing proposal to improve the weary state of the stores.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including assigning tasks and setting expectations.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Architectural / Building / Building Services / Interior Design or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skilled in CAD drawings / Sketch Up / Photoshop or equivalent
  • Independent and strong in planning and time management
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dynamic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
