We're Hiring: Customer Success Executive!

Love working with people and creating positive experiences? As a Customer Success Executive, you'll engage with clients, coordinate follow-ups and help ensure a smooth and professional customer journey.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with clients to provide updates and ongoing support
• Coordinate appointments and assist with customer enquiries
• Build and maintain positive relationships through regular communication
• Update customer records and monitor follow-up activities in CRM
• Work with the team to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused personality
• Well-organised with good attention to detail
• Interest in customer success, account management or client servicing
