Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000 per month
• Overtime (OT) payment in accordance with company policy
• Allowances provided upon confirmation
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions
• Full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts, including journal entries, income statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements and other financial reports.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and cash flow analyses in accordance with applicable reporting standards.
• Ensure compliance with SST, LHDN tax requirements and other statutory regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and relevant authorities during audits and tax matters.
• Review and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger transactions.
• Evaluate and improve accounting policies, financial reporting systems and internal work processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform ad-hoc financial assignments and assist Management when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA).
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Audit experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount).
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
