Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new franchise opportunities across Malaysia.
• Presenting compelling franchise business proposals to prospective investors.
• Preparing business feasibility studies, financial projections, and investment proposals.
• Developing expansion strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Negotiating commercial terms and franchise agreements.
• Building long-term relationships with franchisees and strategic partners.
• Monitoring new outlet performance and evaluating business ROI.
• Managing the expansion pipeline and preparing monthly business development reports.
• Collaborating closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure successful outlet launches.
• Keeping up with market trends, competitor activities, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, Sales, or a similar role.
• Experience in the F&B, retail, or franchise industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
