Position: Sales Assistant / Retail Assistant
Location: Singapore, Clementi / UBI /Balestier
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: SGD 2500 to SGD 3000.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily Sales & Customer Service: Handle daily retail operations, greet walk-in customers warmly, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer messages and inquiries promptly and professionally via online and offline channels; follow up on customer needs.
• Store Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall visual merchandising of the storefront and product shelves.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Familiarize yourself with the layout and distribution of all products in the store; monitor stock levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report replenishment needs.

• Communication Skills: Good communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset; patient and approachable.
• Work Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, a good team player, and proactive in maintaining the store environment.
• Basic IT Literacy: Proficient in using mobile apps or computer software (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, or company ticketing systems) to reply to customer messages efficiently.
• Experience: Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred (highly motivated candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply).
• Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in basic bilingual languages (English and Mandarin) to serve a diverse group of customers.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
