• About the role

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for a wide range of interior fit-out and renovation projects. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on high-quality interior design and construction projects within a dynamic and growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models for interior fit-out works, including architectural finishes, custom joinery, and relevant MEP systems
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with design intent and client requirements
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure smooth integration within existing building conditions
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, including shop drawings, detailed drawings, schedules, and material take-offs
• Identify and resolve BIM-related clashes and technical issues to support efficient project delivery on site
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM tools, workflows, and company standards
• Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, industry standards, and best practices relevant to interior construction and fit-out projects

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling for interior fit-out, renovation, or building construction projects
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, with a good understanding of architectural detailing, joinery, and relevant MEP systems
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in drawings and models
• Familiarity with shop drawings, construction documentation, and interior fit-out project workflows
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
