You will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for a wide range of interior fit-out and renovation projects. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on high-quality interior design and construction projects within a dynamic and growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models for interior fit-out works, including architectural finishes, custom joinery, and relevant MEP systems
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with design intent and client requirements
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure smooth integration within existing building conditions
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, including shop drawings, detailed drawings, schedules, and material take-offs
- Identify and resolve BIM-related clashes and technical issues to support efficient project delivery on site
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM tools, workflows, and company standards
- Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, industry standards, and best practices relevant to interior construction and fit-out projects
What we're looking for
- Diploma in Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling for interior fit-out, renovation, or building construction projects
- Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, with a good understanding of architectural detailing, joinery, and relevant MEP systems
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy in drawings and models
- Familiarity with shop drawings, construction documentation, and interior fit-out project workflows
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
