Role Description The Customer Service Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Jurong West. This position is responsible for overseeing daily customer service operations, including handling inquiries, managing service requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of cleanroom products and services. The role involves supervising customer service representatives, monitoring service quality, and resolving escalated issues in a professional and efficient manner. The Customer Service Lead will collaborate closely with operations and technical personnel to support garment tracking and management processes, maintain accurate records, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The role also includes preparing reports on customer feedback, identifying process improvements, and supporting training for team members to uphold high service standards.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service leadership, including supervising teams and managing escalations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to coordinate with operations and technical teams to manage service delivery and garment tracking processes.
  • Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in cleanroom services, industrial laundry, or related contamination control environments is an advantage.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Diploma or degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Comfort working in an on-site environment in Jurong West and collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.
