Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the organization’s enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory mandates.
  • Own end-to-end security posture across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), on-prem, and SaaS environments—ensuring secure configurations, vulnerability management, and incident response readiness.
  • Direct and scale the Security Operations Center (SOC), including SIEM/SOAR orchestration, threat intelligence integration, and 24/7 detection and response capabilities.
  • Partner with C-suite and board stakeholders to translate technical risk into business impact, driving investment decisions and risk remediation roadmaps.
  • Oversee compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, PDPA) and lead audits, gap assessments, and certification readiness initiatives.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performance security team—fostering innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and upskilling in emerging domains like AI-powered security and attack surface management.
