About the Role
As a Customer Service Support, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our GPS tracking and fleet management solutions. You will assist customers through phone, email, and chat, resolve enquiries, and work closely with our Technical and Operations teams to ensure issues are handled promptly and professionally.
