As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our Customer Service team and deliver professional, responsive, and reliable support to our customers.



About the Role

As a Customer Service Support, you will be the first point of contact for customers using our GPS tracking and fleet management solutions. You will assist customers through phone, email, and chat, resolve enquiries, and work closely with our Technical and Operations teams to ensure issues are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand customer enquiries, identify issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate technical issues when necessary with complete and accurate information.
  • Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to resolve customer cases efficiently.
  • Manage support tickets and ensure cases are followed up according to SLA requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update case information accordingly.
  • Follow up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear, professional, and timely communication.



Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable using computers and multiple digital applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
