Role Overview

The Senior Messaging Engineer is responsible to provide Level 3 support and manage Microsoft 365 messaging services.

What You'll Do?

• Provide L3 support and administration for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD).
• Act as escalation point for M365-related incidents, problems, and changes.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with Service Desk/L2 teams for resolution.
• Lead, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Works with the cross-function team to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business needs.
• Manage and maintain email infrastructure, including SMTP and security tools (e.g., Cisco CES).
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive service improvements.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations

Who We're looking for?

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6-7 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and working with global support teams.
• Proven experience in team leadership and effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia (regional support).
• Willing to provide after-hours/weekend support when required.
