We invite applications from undergraduate students seeking industrial training or internship placements from July 2026 onwards.

We are looking for motivated and high-potential students to join our Procurement team. This internship provides valuable exposure to the upstream oil and gas industry, offering hands-on experience in sourcing activities, supplier and contract management, procurement operations, and cost analysis, while supporting business projects and professional development opportunities.

Key Scopes

• Support sourcing activities including request for quotations (RFQ) and price comparisons
• Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records
• Assist in contract documentation and filing (e.g. LOA, MSA, agreements)
• Support cost analysis and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Eligibility Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
• Eligible to undergo internship as per university requirement
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Able to work at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
• 18 years old and above
