Role Description The Brand Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for shaping and strengthening client brands by developing brand strategies, refining brand identities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, collaborating with internal teams to translate brand strategies into campaigns and materials, and monitoring brand performance to recommend improvements. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their objectives, presenting brand recommendations, and aligning creative output with the overall brand direction. The Brand Development Specialist also supports brand management activities, including guidelines development, brand audits, and ongoing brand stewardship.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Development, with the ability to translate business goals into clear brand positioning and messaging.
  • Experience in Branding and Brand Management, including maintaining brand consistency and developing brand guidelines.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand-focused roles within marketing agencies or in-house teams, preferably with exposure to diverse industries.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market insights, customer feedback, and campaign results to refine brand strategies.
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
