We invite experienced candidate to apply for the following position:

Assistant Chief Engineer (5-days work week)

Job Duties:
Supervise the technician team in carrying out maintenance and repair works
Ensure all hotel facilities are in reliable and functional condition, and that all work areas are tidy and safe
Conduct regular inspection tours, develop maintenance plans, and monitor work progress and equipment conditions
Coordinate with contractors and other departments to carry out routine maintenance and repair works

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity; hotel experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, facility management, hotel licensing procedures, and fire systems
Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) is preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills; mature and self-driven
