Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all hotel events, meetings, conferences, weddings, and social functions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
  • Prepare event orders (BEO), contracts, and event schedules.
  • Coordinate with all departments (F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Security) to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and venue show-rounds for potential clients.
  • Ensure event setup is completed according to client requirements.
  • Monitor event operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after events.
  • Prepare event quotations and follow up on bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and service standards.
  • Assist in achieving departmental revenue and sales targets.
  • Collect client feedback and prepare post-event reports.
  • Maintain accurate event records and filing systems.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Events Manager or Hotel Management.
