Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role in a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based in Mandai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of racking and mezzanine projects, including planning, scheduling, coordination with suppliers and contractors, and on-site supervision. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, tracking materials and deliveries, monitoring installation quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves liaising with clients to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and resolve issues, as well as preparing project documentation, reports, and post-project reviews. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with logistics, inspection teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, track materials, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to check installations, verify compliance with specifications, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate warehousing, transportation, and site deliveries for racking and mezzanine projects.
- Relevant experience in construction, storage solutions, industrial racking, or mezzanine systems is beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies is advantageous.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in basic project management and office software; familiarity with safety regulations and local building codes is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
