SALES FORCE CAPABILITY EXECUTIVE
The key objective of this position is to support the development and execution of frontline sales capability initiatives to enhance in-market execution and territory performance.
The incumbent works closely with the Field Force Capability Manager to coordinate, implement, and reinforce Sales Academy and “Step-Up” programs, ensuring effective adoption of tools, frameworks, and coaching practices across the field force. Through structured facilitation support, field follow-ups, and performance tracking, the role contributes to consistent execution excellence and capability uplift.
As the Sales Force Capability Executive, you will do:
Sales Capability Program Support & Development:
- Support Sales Capability Manager in executing the annual Sales Capabilities Roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Assist in conducting capability needs analysis using performance data and field insights to identify development gaps.
- Support the rollout of Sales Academy curriculum and the internal “Step-Up” program.
- Contribute to the development of training content and capability-building initiatives.
Delivery, Facilitation & Field Support:
- Support facilitation of training modules, initiatives, and capability workshops.
- Translate commercial strategies into clear, actionable learning materials for field execution.
- Conduct field visits to observe execution quality and support reinforcement of learning adoption.
- Assist in implementing coaching frameworks for frontline teams.
- Maintain and update learning materials, playbooks, and standardized resources.
Performance Tracking & Capability Effectiveness:
- Support tracking of KPIs and scorecards to evaluate training effectiveness and field adoption.
- Analyze sales and execution data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on capability initiatives and performance outcomes.
- Support development of training content using case studies and practical examples to enhance field application.
Program Coordination & Operations:
- Coordinate logistics and execution of training programs, workshops, and initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment with stakeholders across Sales and P&C.
- Support documentation of processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Assist in managing vendors, if applicable (e.g., training providers).
Budget Tracking & Administrative Support:
- Support tracking of Sales Capabilities budget and expenditures.
- Assist in monitoring spending against plan and preparing reports.
- Coordinate administrative processes related to training and capability initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Training roles within FMCG.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, route-to-market, and trade execution.
- Exposure to facilitation, coordination of training programs, P&C/HR specialized trainings, or field sales/micromarketing experience is an advantage.
- A valid Class 3 Driving License is required for this role as the incumbent will be expected to travel across multiple locations to support the frontline sales capability and fulfil key responsibilities outlined above.
- Fluency in English.
