Job Scope:

• Social media Visual Content Design engaging visuals, posters, and layouts for social media and digital marketing use. Shoot and create product images and visual materials to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful visual communication.
• Branding Consistency Ensure all visual content is aligned with the company’s branding guidelines. Maintain and update design templates to support consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Creative Conceptualization Brainstorm and develop new design ideas to enhance marketing communication. Propose creative visual concepts for campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Experiment with new styles, formats, and trends to enhance brand impact.
• Video Shooting & Editing Plan, shoot, and edit videos for product introductions, promotional content, events, and internal communication. Deliver high-quality, short-form video content suitable for various digital platforms.
• Product Photography Capture high-quality product images for use in marketing materials, websites, and online platforms. Edit and retouch photos to meet the company’s visual and branding standards.
• Print and Digital Design Create design materials including brochures, catalogues, name cards, presentation slides, and internal documents. Prepare artwork for both digital distribution and print production.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Basic photography and videography skills, including editing and post-production.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and visual design (color, layout, and branding).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn new tools and design trends.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledgeable in creative design principles, including color contrast and visual hierarchy.
