Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Assistant Purchasing Manager is responsible for purchasing goods and services for hotel operations, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effective pricing. The role manages supplier relationships, inventory levels, and purchasing records while ensuring compliance with Accor standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities for hotel operations.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory at appropriate stock levels.
  • Ensure purchased items meet quality standards.
  • Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation.
  • Monitor costs and identify savings opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Accor standards.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and records.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of purchasing and inventory procedures.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
