The Talent Acquisition & Development Executive is responsible for supporting talent acquisition, employee development, workforce engagement, and HR talent management initiatives across the organization.
The incumbent will work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Development Lead, Hiring Managers, and Department Heads (HODs) to execute recruitment activities, coordinate learning and development programs, support employee engagement initiatives, maintain talent databases, and provide workforce analytics.
This role serves as a talent partner to the business by supporting the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of employees while ensuring efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition approval to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, SEEK (JobStreet), employee referrals, universities, and talent databases.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, candidate communications, and recruitment documentation.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
2. Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including HRDC grant applications, claims, reimbursements, and maintenance of training records.
- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA), annual training plans, onboarding programmes, and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor training participation and completion rates to ensure learning objectives are achieved.
3. Employee Engagement & Talent Management
- Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and feedback initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Maintain talent and development records, and support succession planning, talent reviews, and career development activities.
4. Workforce Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare recruitment, training, and workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, maintain data accuracy, and provide insights to support Management and HOD decision-making.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or equivalent. (Engineering background is an advantage.)
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Learning & Development, or related fields will have an added advantage.
- Internship or working experience in HR, recruitment, semiconductor manufacturing, or test environments will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in recruitment platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, SEEK (JobStreet), and other job portals. Experience with HRIS and AI-powered recruitment tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
