Full Time ASSISANT RESTAURANT MANAGER Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in ZALENY EMPIRE SDN BHD - Ricebowl

We are looking for a capable Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and ensure service excellence across outlets. This role requires strong people management, operational awareness, and a commitment to high service standards.

Experience & Background

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in food & beverage service operations
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior service role
• Experience handling daily outlet operations and staff coordination
• Exposure to multi-outlet operations is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of daily restaurant operations
• Supervise service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Prepare staff schedules, attendance tracking, and basic reporting
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams
• Monitor stock levels and assist with outlet administration
• Act as Person-in-Charge (PIC) when required

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with good operational judgement
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability
• Able to manage shifts independently and confidently
• Willing to support operations across multiple outlets
