We are looking for a capable Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and ensure service excellence across outlets. This role requires strong people management, operational awareness, and a commitment to high service standards.
Experience & Background
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in food & beverage service operations
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior service role
- Experience handling daily outlet operations and staff coordination
- Exposure to multi-outlet operations is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of daily restaurant operations
- Supervise service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Prepare staff schedules, attendance tracking, and basic reporting
- Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams
- Monitor stock levels and assist with outlet administration
- Act as Person-in-Charge (PIC) when required

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with good operational judgement
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability
- Able to manage shifts independently and confidently
- Willing to support operations across multiple outlets
