Location: Cyberjaya
Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 + Commission + KPI Bonus

We are opening a laundry business in Cyberjaya and looking for an experienced Laundry Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily laundry operations
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and discipline
• Create and enforce SOP
• Monitor sales and daily reports
• Handle customer complaints
• Manage pickup and delivery flow
• Find B2B clients such as hotels, Airbnb, clinics, gyms, offices, and restaurants

Requirements:

• Experience in laundry, housekeeping, cleaning service, hotel, or retail operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage sales, SOP, and HR
• Hands-on and responsible

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
