We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in F&B management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to achieve high performance.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Control costs, manage inventory, and improve profitability.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and operational plans.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business targets.
• Handle staff rostering, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Implement marketing or promotional activities to drive sales.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints effectively.
• Forecast sales and plan resources accordingly to meet peak hours or festive seasons.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and management teams.
• Prepare and review food costing to maintain profitability.
• Manage and approve market list / purchasing to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Conduct sales forecast and budgeting to support business planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant / F&B management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
