Oriental Sheet Piling, a division of ArcelorMittal, is a leading provider of steel sheet piles and foundation solutions across Asia. We are expanding our team in Singapore and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily operations and logistics. We can only consider Singaporeans or PRs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage logistics, including import/export documentation, shipping arrangements, and inventory tracking.
- Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide operational support for sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational reports.
- Assist in general administrative duties related to operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the steel, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs documentation is an advantage.
