Role Description
The PM will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Basic Salary: RM4,000–15,000
- Work Locations: Q Sentral (hybrid, with frequent travel for meetings)
- Travel Requirements: Regular travel within Malaysia and overseas (mileage claims provided)
- Working Hours: Flexible, with OT for deadlines or urgent requests (no OT claims, but late start allowed after OT)
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage resources, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Ensure alignment between technical and business teams.
- Conduct team meetings, track deliverables, and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, software, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master).
- Familiarity with SDLC and technical environments.
- Experience with risk management and change management processes.
- Knowledge of project budgeting and financial tracking.
- Experience managing teams in hybrid or remote settings.
